Guided Meditation – Free
Meditation has been proven to help health, well-being, and mental processes. Meditation in a group increases the peace and serenity experienced over meditating individually. Perfect for beginners through advanced. A different meditation each week. Most custom written by our own Spiritual Medium.
You may sit in a chair or use one of the phi benches, mats or zafu’s available in the classroom. You’re also welcome to bring your own if you have a favorite.
Plan to arrive at 10:55 to get settled. The door closes promptly at 11:00. Once the door closes, no additional entries allowed as to not disrupt the experience of the attendees.
