Stress/Anxiety Group Hypnosis

Stress and anxiety are created by thoughts and anticipation of what your mind believes will happen next. Hypnosis for stress and anxiety helps your mind perceive situations differently, which will reduce stress and make you feel better, healthier, happier.
Let’s target your subconscious and change those little voices and beliefs in your head. All stress cannot be eliminated, but we can change how we handle it. Our goal is to:
* increase control of your response to handle stressful events
* try to look at change as a positive thing, not as a threat
* try not to worry about things you have no control over
* learn to ask for and accept help from family, friends, and co-workers.
This helps you stay relaxed and calm and allows you to stay in control during those times when you normally are feeling stressed.
$15 per person. No pre-registration required, but please help us plan by marking “going” if you plan to attend!
